What can you do with 10 cans of green beans?

Full Shelf Food Pantry founders Lynn and Larry Ehren, turned them into a community service that supplies hundreds of thousands of pounds of food to low-income families in Washington County and West Bend, Wisconsin.

Since 1982, this volunteer-run 501(c)3 non-profit organization has gathered everything from fresh produce to local bakery, meat to non-perishable items, and more from a variety or large and small businesses in Southeast, Wisconsin.

Over the years, the pantry moved to a larger facility that houses pallets of food items as well as industrial sized walk in freezer and cooler. This allows the food pantry to not only help the West Bend community, but function as a drop off, loading, and distribution location for like minded organizations in Southeast, Wisconsin.

Run and managed by over 100 volunteers, the food pantry is place for people looking to help as well as a place to ensure no one is hungry in the place we call home.

The Full Shelf Food Pantry’s mission is to supplement the basic food requirements of those in need throughout Washington County on a regular or emergency basis with items of the highest quality available.
